Initial issues but vendor replaced them with new ones that are great.

Ordered 2 of these based on high reviews. When I opened them i found both of them broken. I worked with the vendor and they sent me two new ones that are perfect. The pump base and the pump head are both metal. There is a plastic pump body inside that connects the head to the base and is what pumps up and down to pull the soap up from the bottle. This is what was broken in the first two that I received. I can see that if you pushed on the spout of the pump that this plastic piece could wear and break over time, however the directions clearly state that you must push straight down on the pump head and not on the front nozzle which would bend the pump. Considering the comparable Moen versions of these are 4x to 5x the price then I think this is a great value for the money. I have changed my rating to 5 stars based on the new ones I have received.

Great item and easy to install. Not plastic but real brass. The color was not a perfect match for my moen aberdeen faucet but unless I point it out you wouldn't notice. The moen one kept breaking and was expensive to replace. This was a much more reasonable replacment.

I ordered this soap dispenser along with the matching faucet. I was highly impressed. The price was lower than many of the other items. And it goes perfectly with my kitchen! The photo doesn't really show it though, it does have a reddish tint on the decorative pieces which completes the look! I would highly recommend both products!
