I must say, I was skeptical. I have severe swayback, scoliosis in my first 3 vertebrae of my low back, and a twist above the scoliosis. Amazingly, I never had back problems UNTIL I began wearing a gun belt. I tried suspenders, but they didn't really help much. I didn't think this would do all that much either, but I am amazed at how much it has helped me! I have MUCH less pain by the end of the week, and no pain for the first 3 days or so. Very thankful!

The keeper slots are awkwardly placed so I don't wear them. Because of that, the brace does ride up a little bit when I sit down, but I've gotten used to it and just pull it down anytime I get up from sitting.
