Defective but good customer service

The internal screw threads did not match. I had to play my plumber to come out and it wouldn't screw down. Then had to pay plumber to come out again after ordering another one and hopefully the next one will work....
It was a major hassle, but the customer service was very good. They tried to send me the defective part, which turned out to not work either, so they refunded me 1/2 the price of the faucet. The second one I ordered was fine and The plumber installed it with no problem and I like the look and water pressure of the faucet so I gave it 4 stars. Maybe it was only just bad luck that I got a defective one on the first try

So far, I am beyond in love with this faucet! It is much taller than I expected (I'm 5'2" and its taller than me!) but the industrial look and feel is exactly what I wanted. Water pressure is amazing, and both the pot filler and the sprayer will work consecutively. The oil-rubbed bronze perfectly pulls out the brown hues in my granite counters and tile back splash. Installation was very quick and easy despite the installation instructions. The worst part was removing the old faucet. I am very pleased with this purchase as of today. Highly recommend.

So when I ordered this faucet, I wasn't sure what kind of quality it would be. I have had it install for a few weeks and I must say, I love it. It is built heavy duty and looks great. It also functions great. It has great spraying power and works flawlessly. I am planning on purchasing a second one for another sink that we have. I would highly recommend.

- It's very tall, made for larger farm sinks or such.
- The spring allows plenty of movement for the sprayer faucet, but could possibly be a tiny bit more giving. The pot filler and sprayer both move independently.
- Our water pressure is high. The main lever, the twist valve on the pot filler and the hand squeeze sprayer all allow for pressure control. This is *awesome* for preventing back splash from our high pressure water.
- Did I mention it's a beautiful faucet?
We had the tiniest leak ever from our first sprayer handle, barely a dribble. An annoyance at best. We contacted Refin support through their help email address and asked for a new sprayer head, and they sent one in the mail right away no questions. Truly great customer support!
