I was concerned it was too cold & the plants might die in shipping. Inside the box was a heat packet (i.e. big pocket warmer). The plants were in individual tiny containers (2" diagonal). The first thing I did after removing the shredded paper packing was to apply a tablespoon of water to each plant. Then I removed all 20 from the box & placed them under a ceiling light which is on all day. Overnight they perked up. The next day I transplanted each in their own 4" round container. It's been 3 days & they look great, almost double their original size.

Where to start? I'll start with DO NOT BUY THESE!!! You DO NOT get "pretty" colors like what is shown on the picture, you DO NOT get healthy plants. These plants are awful and will die within a week. They cost a small fortune and you will not be refunded. I bought a lot of these plants and they arrived dead or on the brink of. I did my best to try and keep them alive because they were going to be used as centerpieces for a wedding reception but you cannot fix rot, missing plants or dead plants. They aren't shipped well so you'll get dirt everywhere when you open it because they are so dry the dirt just gets tossed around in the box. They are maybe 2 inches by 2 inches. Grab a ruler so you can see just how small these are. They are not worth the money you spend. I did read the reviews prior to purchase and thought "Oh maybe it was just a fluke" That's totally MY fault but you can avoid that same mistake. I really wish there were a "0" star option because these plants would win first prize. The proof is in the pudding though, have a look at the photos from my "batch". As a side note, I did remove these from the box as per instructed when I got them. I stuck them back in the box before throwing them away.

I recently got into succulents and was thrilled when I found out that I could order 20 different types for $40. The nursery near me sells them for a little more a piece ($3-$5) and I wanted to experience a variety. While reading the reviews, I was nervous about what my order would look like. My order had 5 little boxes (4 plants in each) within a bigger box and instructions. I thought that everything was very secure. My plants looked healthy and I was excited to see all of the different varieties. The soil did shift around within their boxes but that is to be expected. The soil that my plants came in were very dry so I watered them in a tray. All in all, I am very pleased and will order from them again. After repotting the succulents, I get to keep the little pots they came in to use for my other succulent cuttings and propagations! I think these would be great to give to friends and family as gifts too.

Great succulents for the price. They arrive in pretty good shape and on time. I had to clean them up a bit and fill in a little soil, but they worked out perfectly for what I needed. I watered them upon arrival and then let them sit outside in the Texas sun for a day. Used them as party favors for a baby shower. Can't beat the price or convenience!

My shipment came today. They were AWESOME! Way better than I expected. They were packaged 4 to a small box with the crinkle cut paper that you see in gift bags or easter baskets. 5 small boxes per shipping box. Hardly any dirt was shifted. The little dirt that was in the bottom of the boxes I was able to add to some of the pots that seemed a bit low. None were uprooted or broken. So fun to be surprised at the styles I received. There was a basic pointers page sent with the box. It doesn't say what each type are called, but I expected that based on the other reviews.
