Leaves a sticky residue

After using this product my leather chair was sticky, even 36 hours later. I had to use a cleaner to completely remove the residue and stickiness. Amazon refunded my money and I put the product in the trash. I would never use again.

It came smelling like diesel. But once applied, the smell dissipated, and the moisture embedded into my dry leather bag. It was easy to apply with the sponge which came with the kit. It stained the bag darker, but in a good, expensive, way. Well worth the money. My bag was 65 dollars and was super dry on arrival...once I applied the cleaner it transformed into a 400 dollars "conditioned" leather.

Great product. I have a nice Harley Davidson wallet that I tried to clean an it dried it out and turned a dull black. I was going to replace it but thought I try this product first. I'm glad I did it looks almost brand new. And it's soft again instead of being dried out. I was hoping for these results. Very satisfied with this product.

I have used this product for years and I love it! I came into contact with Leathermate at a home show about eight years ago. The representative demonstrated how to use the product on my leather tennis shoes. He did one shoe first and had me wiggle my toes so I could compare how the treated shoe was more supple than the untreated shoe. I regularly use Leathermate on all of my dress shoes, on briefcases, and purses and they all look like new. The only drawback is I find myself looking at other people's shoes and noticing their poor condition and thinking, 'they need Leathermate.'
