We did a lot of research and decided to purchase this treadmill after a while. I'm very happy with it overall. I really like that I can "fold" it up when not in use so that it isn't taking up too much space or getting walked over by our dogs. It offers a lot of pre programmed workouts but I'd also easy to adjust for your specific needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a treadmill.
