We bought this about 6 months ago and have since used it for a 5k walk, SeaWorld, SD Zoo and Wild Animal Park. It gives our daughter the best seat in the house, she can see over everyone! I've seen some reviews say this is uncomfortable to wear, my wife and I find that to be quite the opposite! It distributes your kids weight across your whole back instead of carrying your kid and having to constantly switch sides.
We are leaving for a 2 week road trip through 4 National Parks from CA to CO then onto SD and I couldn't imagine doing this without the piggyback rider! We love it, our daughter loves it, and best of all our backs and shoulders love it! Thank you!

Way over priced for little comfort

This product is way over priced. For $109, there should be a lot more comfort in this product. There is little padding in the shoulder straps so they dig in quickly. The metal bar provides another level of discomfort. The bar quickly digs into the carriers back and or legs as you are walking. If this product were priced at $30, I would consider buying, but at $109 it is not worth it at all!

I love it when people give a product crappy ratings because "it's not for them" or "my kid doesn't like staying on it" or "I was still tired the next day." Is it well made? Does it function as described? Does the manufacturer/seller provide good customer service? Make it useful people! Or don't buy this and just piggyback your kid the old-fashioned way. It's well made. The kid is secure in it. I don't have to lean forward to support his weight. Instead, it's like wearing a 40lb backpack. There.

I strongly do not recommend this product. It arrived broken, the bar does not work and my daughter has fallen off several times. They have very poor customer service. I've tried to return the product for refund and they have not responded to me. I'm very unsatisfied and frustrated that a product like this costs so much and doesn't work.
