The hole on Ariel is in the flower in her hair and that tells me someone actually put some thought into the design of these. We have a spiderman one right now and it squirts out the mouth and not the hand. With how it is poised it would not be hard to have made it happen. So the material was as expected, they are a perfect size, and the colors are bright and clean.
