Wasn't too bad putting together. My pup just loved to roll around in his waste and it would get quite frustrating because he has a lot of fur so it wasn't just giving him a quick bath everyday but literally blow drying and styling. All I wanted to do was come home from a long day at work and cuddle my pup. This kennel will help with keeping him clean and I know this was a great investment. The quality of this kennel is wonderful, study, and has plenty of space for him to play.

I needed large heavy kennels that could hold bigger dogs. So far it's held a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix who was on the larger side, a Chowchow, and a German Shepherd. They all didn't break out, or break the kennel. Although, I don't know anything of the sort of leaving a dog in it for more than 1-2 hours at a time, as I use them in my grooming salon and only kennel them for maybe a little under an hour. I absolutely love them, they seem sturdy, solid and it's easy to open/close, the dividers are solid and can be removed. The only major FLAW is the bottom, as I feel any dog can get it's toes or nails caught/stuck, I don't feel it's safe but you can fix it with a matt, and a solid washable puppy pad. Anything to just not get those toes or nails caught. Otherwise, great purchase.

The first time I bought this crate it came in perfect condition.

This time around some pieces came with a few defects (as seen in the pictures hence only 4 stars out of 5), but nothing that wasn't fixable with a hammer and some pliers.

All in all still good quality and sturdy.

I stacked the two, one on top of the other and fixed them into place with the provided screws.

They're perfect for my Chihuahuas... I'll feel less guilty while I'm at work as they will still have plenty of room to move around if they feel like it now that they'll each get one to themselves.

Quality product. Easy to put together.

The first thing I do when I get anything is I make sure all of the parts are there. This unit did not arrive with the same parts as indicated on the instruction sheet. So, I was banging my head trying to figure out how I was going to use four smaller roundhead machine screws that apparently are not even needed. Mind you, I did not attempt to put the thing together because the instructions indicated entirely different hardware than what arrived with the cage. Who is going to spend however long assembling something that can't be finished? Right?! So after about two days of total frustration and unable to find the remaining 4 small screws to equal the 8 total on the instructions, I decided to try and put the cage together anyway. Well, imagine my shock to realize that the four screws were not needed at all, nor the missing 4, but that the nuts included, were not even on the instructions and good thing they came anyway, as they ARE NEEDED. So overall, it went together, relatively smoothly, and most of the hardware was already on the unit and partially installed (another confusing concept for those of us that like things in black and white without straying from the instructions, and that information was not provided on the instructions. It was easy to assume that was above and beyond the rest of the hardware that came in the bag boxed up with the 4 rolling wheels. They need to update their instructions to match the hardware that they include. That would really help a lot! Other than that, it's a great unit, very efficient, and nice looking. I would buy it again now knowing what missing 'links' or hardware to look for!
