Bad experience. I would not recommend this product. Got it, installed and it didnt work. Big hassel to unpack/repack.
Now, without old cooler we have no drinking water.
No replacement options, so we are without our watercooler until it is picked up and we can order a new one at a higher price because all holiday deals are expired.

I Loooooove my water dispenser so much! It's sleek, not bulky, no drips after the water comes out, and works Perfect!!!
I recommend this to anybody!! I paid this with my OWN money and I am So happy with this purchase. You have to get this and I promise you won't be disappointed.
It comes already put together, all you have to do it take it out the box, add the water at the bottom and that's it. It's not noisy at all and just perfect!!!

Received this item and it doesn't work! The motor just runs and nothing happens. Also, their customer service has been no help and we'lll be returning this item...

5 gallon water jug fits nicely and it's easy to change. Keeps water cold and has a room temp dispenser also. The dispensing buttons are on top but easy for a four year old to reach and fill her cup when she wants water. The hot water dispenser is very convenient and has a child lock on it. Only issue is that is very loud when the condenser is running. It doesn't always run, only when cooling. It also came with a big dent on the side. I was able to push it out but it is on the side next to the wall so it's not noticeable. It was going to be $9.00 a month to rent one. So if I get three years out of its worth the money
