A Very Good Grill Light But Kind of Big

This was purchased as a gift. I have been using my first one of these for many months and it's still working great., This is a very good grill light. It was delivered on time and is as described. It's bright and I really like the electrostatic on/off feature. However, be warned that it is a little bulky underneath a grill cover.

I've used the light a handful of times now, and it's mostly been a great light. Grilling in the dark is no longer an inconvenience. This light illuminates my 5 burner grill like it's mid day. It's super easy to install on the lid handle, and the multiple pivots allow you to angle it in every possible direction.
I am on my second light because the first one broke at one of the pivots, but the customer service was outstanding. I can honestly say that it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, and I'm fortunate enough to have had a few. When it broke, I sent Cave Tools an email with two pictures of the broken unit and I received a response within 24 hrs. Once I provided my address, I received a new light in 3 days. Hopefully this one will hold up better than the first.

This light is perfect for my Traeger smoker.
The light is bright and it appears to be well made.
I haven't had it long enough to determine how long it will last, but it did happen to lightly rain the first night I used it. After checking the battery compartment, it was still dry.
I have it set so it swivels out to shine light on the grill, then swivels and tucks back while closed.
With a simple thumb screw I'm able to quickly detach it before putting the cover back on when I'm done.
I'm sure I could leave it on with the cover, but I don't want the thumb screw to possibly tear the cover, so out of over precaution I remove it and store it in the pellet tray.
Definitely recommend this product!

Well I was looking at this light and all of a sudden it went down in price - so I jumped on it and bought it. It clamps on to the handle, folds down and lights up my grill area. I have been using a flashlight and a Miner's light on my head to get through the dark grilling. This light is PERFECT. Works great, reasonably, priced and waterproof. I am SOLD!!
