Excellent set. 3 mugs arrived damaged. The seller sent replacement promptly. Love the look.

Update

The set is very fragile and we already broke 4 mugs. While I do like the set I will be looking for another one to replace this with simply because it's so fragile.

I bought these dishes a while ago and saved them for after I remodeled, the more I use them the more the dishes warp and are all unbalanced very disappointed in this product . I think they should replace them with something better.

All the items were of very poor quality. They were definitely not made from "high quality porcelain", as Pfaltzgraff says in their product description. All pieces have rough edges, the plates were uneven (please refer to the enclosed picture). Most of the elements in the set had dark spots and bubbles. Additionally, the handle of the mugs seemed poorly "glued" into the body (please refer to the image enclosed). I was so upset that I didn't think of taking pictures of everything, but quickly packed it again and taped it!

To me, the purchase was a complete disaster, especially because the picture they advertise and their product description did not go at all with what I received. ...I hope this review was helpful to you!

I looked and looked for the right white set at the right price. This set is perfect for me. The weight is somewhere between the old heavy Phaltzgraff and fine china. I use this for family occasions and dinner parties because it's a cut above everyday but not overly formal. My only complaint is that the bowls are too big for a serving of anything except maybe a big salad. I use the bowls as serving bowls for side dishes. Phaltzgraff, please make some small dessert bowls so I can add them to my set! I also bought the platter.

These dishes are beautiful in design, however some arrived with small chips on the edges. Also the bottom of many plates are rough and can scratch a table's surface if you're not careful. They are pretty to look at but don't seem like they will be super durable for every day family use. Will update this in a few months and let you know...
