My son has been using the swing for half an year or more now. He loves it and plays everyday in it. The Pad is inflatable so it is easy to adjust softness as needed . It has nice space for young kid to sit in even reading a book and calm down during emotion period. The size of swing is not designed for kid weighted 50 pounds or more.
The seller customer service is awesome . communication as emails are surprisingly quick. Any issues we found like a leak pad have been resolved in a day and gotten a replacement .

This swing is great! Our oldest kiddo (5 years old) has some sensory issues and LOVES this snug quiet little spot when he needs to decompress. It was really easy to install and such great quality! We added this to our home as our son has one of these at his occupational therapist. Also, we had some questions for Harkla direct, and Casey (the owner) was so accomdatining and very quick to respond. Feels so good to support a well run business and also help my kiddo every day with a calming "getaway" when he needs it. Also, his 2 and half year old bro loves it as a calm swinging spot! The company provides amazing service from the second you purchase this product! I received several emails regarding installation and even some tips on helping kids w special processing needs (nice touch).
We have zero handy ability so we had a guy install it, didn't take him any time at all once he found a beam.
The swing seems very sturdy and well made, be sure to hang it at a height that your child can get into it.
My daughter is not a huge fan of it, NOT because of the swing. It is kind of like a "hug" inside, it's cocoon like in design to give certain feedback to the child. Once we get her in it she likes it ok but it may not be the right type of swing for her. Anyway, thank you for the great service and product!
