love the knife its small but still useful one thing though the rope strand on it seems to wear a little easy but over all great
This is my weekend knife

My wife says I have too many pocket knives... Only around 15. The CRKT compact goes around my neck so doesnt count :-) When I'm in the garage or working around the yard on the weekend, this one is always with me. Makes quick work of boxes, plastic, awning ropes and those pesky makita packages. Super comfy and I couldnt be happier.
Very sharp

Sharp knife with what feels like micarta/g10 handles (all black version) solid construction but the lanyard is pretty wimpy as well as the sheath. Wouldn't recommend wearing around the neck because of the poor sheath retention. Blends in well using the clip on a black 1.5" belt. Hasn't fallen out but I find myself constantly checking that it's still there. Good for carrying while sitting and walking but if your physically active, the sheath may fail you
A good little blade

A good, basic blade to get into this line of knives. Should help out with most tasks you want it for.
Nice EDC knife!

The thing is tiny, but effective. I could stand to have this maybe being the size of the Gerber Ghost strike. But The size is still useful. I checked out the edge on this as son as I opened it and it was indeed a good grind - and sharp. I used it a little while on every day things - only plastic packages, etc. No cardboard. I did cut through an amazon box tape (the paper kind with reinforced twine in it) and it sliced through it like a hot knife through butter. I honed the blade with my ceramic sharpener and will take good care of this. I believe this can last a lifetime with care. I still have my Gerber Guardian from 1995 and its great. Take care of your things.
The belt holster works as advertised. To the reviewer who said it doesn't line up properly, I didn't find that to be the case. The holes line up differently depending on how you want to mount it. Horizontally, or vertically.
