My number wont start. I ported the number from T-mobile. Ultra Mobile says I need to pay for the activation. I already payed for 2 months.

The phone calls are going through fine - I don't have any complaint on that score. However, I'm a little unhappy about a couple of other things. First, the Ultra Mobile fellas wrote to me that the plan is for 1 month only and I would have to renew it in July (given that it was activated in June). I wrote to EZKonnect.com to clarify on this score, and they confirmed that the plan was for 2 months. I felt a lot better. However, someone from Ultra Mobile called up for feedback and again stressed that the plan was for 1 month. When I told him that EZKonnect had confirmed in writing that the plan was for 2 months, he made a show of thanking me for correcting him. Can't say I found this professional. Secondly, this same person tried to get my credit card number for renewing the plan. He said that only the last 4 digits would be enough! Once again, this was not very professional. I politely told him I was not interested in parting with my credit card number.

Served my purpose, during my short stay in US. Customer care was polite & activation was done in few seconds. I had to call back to the HJ wireless customer care after the completion of one month & they recharged it instantly. It was a good deal for 2 months, specially with unlimited free India calling :)

Sim card was great. Quick delivery. Activated very easily. Order through amazon for offers!!
