Great non-stick pan. Does an excellent job for biscuits and cornbread. I use just a tiny bit of oil or butter and the baking releases easily. I wash by hand since I've ruined a few non-stick pans in the dishwasher.

I am now a fan of casaWare baking pans. I used the muffin pan in my toaster oven without cooking spray. My muffins came out perfect. Turned the pan upside down and muffins slid right out. I would recommend these to everyone. And, I love the color, I got the blue. I have the muffin pan and the baking pan. I store them right in my toaster oven. Love these pans. Wish I had discovered them sooner.
