The two way screen is not the best but serves its purpose the alarm itself is pretty good i like it came with break down of the pins wire but no relays in it tho which is needed for remote start

Update aug 3
Amazon did warranty the alarm alarm so hopefully all is good now...
Would have left it 5 stars if i wouldn't have had issues... Probably/hopefully an isolated problem. ...
Update.... July 20
Keyless entry door lock circuit work for about a dozen times and then went completely dead it's wired up to small 100ma relays grounding the relay so there was no real load on the alarms 500ma - ground output... ..
Straight up defective.....
Not real happy.
must say the range is not that impressive...At ALL .... Was my under standing was the range was supposed to be better than I suppose a normal car alarm this does not fantastic range at all.... But the alarm and functions still work great....

a VERY GOOD ALARM but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! If you're NOT AN INSTALLER, they LITERALLY LEAVE YOU OUT TO "DRY" you CANNOT USE the APP and OTHER FEATURES unless you have a BIT WRITER.

I don't know if it was the instal or the product but it takes a 3 plus button presses to lock or unlock and when I lock half the time the doors don't lock and the alarm sounds for a second then shuts off
