Works well. The spinning head is kept at a constant distance from the decking or other material being power washed.
The unit is a bit heavy so don't expect to be lifting it constantly. It is best for deck use.

Made cleaning my deck a breeze. Using a pressure washer was always haed on my back from bending over. Using this device made life a lot easer and no more gouges in wooden decks!
Good Surface Brush, But Lacking

Doe the job, but the design leaves the product lacking. The locking nuts that hold in the high pressure washer system in place is lacking. Had to tighten both nuts after using for several minutes. For this reason I cannot recommend this item to a friend nor would I purchase it again. Correct the design and will reconsider my position.
