Very good quality overall and I'm satisfied with my purchase. The only real bummer was the the bolts were too short for my needs. I rent, and my back patio has thick wooden panels over the actual base structure, so when I stated putting everything together I noticed that the bolts would only go through the panel, not into the base structure fully. Because of this I had to go buy longer ones, but I feel that was my own shortsightedness. As I said earlier, I really do like these and they are made of good metal.

These are really sturdy hooks. They have a small profile so they aren't super obvious on the ceiling (if you ignore the hammock hanging from them). I was a little nervous at first, suspending myself in the air on the hope I had managed to get a good grip on the ceiling beam. But I've been messing around in the yoga swing on and off for a week now and they are holding strong.
It is a little tight getting the bolts screwed all the way in with the ring being so close. If you have your socket on the bolt, don't take it off to re-grip, you won't get it back on.
It is nice having the stationary ring, the secondary ring, and then the carabiner. That allows for a fair amount of movement.

I used one of these anchor points to hang a hammock swing for my kids. I feel more secure having two bolts holding them up instead of a single eye bolt. I took off one star because it is a little tricky to install. You have to have a 10mm fixed wrench to tighten the bolts. Anthing else is too big to fit in there (i.e. socket set, adjustable wrench). Luckily my socket set had one in it. Took me awhile to figure out that was the trick.

I'm absolutely livid!! I just bought these hammock hooks a week ago, and got them installed 3 days ago. My son was laying in his hammock reading when one of these broke and he crashed to the floor!!! What a complete piece of junk, a waste of money and a HUGE SAFETY RISK!!!! He's 17 years old and all of 150 pounds, so well below the 600 pound weight limit these supposedly have. Don't risk your child's safety with these!!!!

I wanted to put up a hammock in my sunroom, and everyone at first recommended putting swing hangers in the ceiling. They were all pretty expensive, really big, most of them were really ugly, and would have required a bit of modification to the ceiling to get them to bolt in. I wasn't enthused with the options until I found these.

These hammock hangers are perfect. They're small, and they have a HUGE capacity despite their size -- only a little over an inch in diameter each. It makes them perfect for mounting on a wall or in a ceiling without drawing attention to the hardware. Great capacity -- these supported a large hammock holding three people for a combined weight of a little over 500lbs with no visible deformation of the hooks at all.

Installation can be a bit tricky because of the small size of the brackets. I recommend starting the bolts with a 6-point socket, then backing the socket off when there's about 1/4" left of the bolt to go, and finish tightening with a crescent wrench.If you use the socket the entire way down it will likely get stuck and require a lot of wiggling and tapping to get the socket back off of the bolt.
