Ordered this in January setup was easy. Sometime last month one of the cameras lost the color mode, called customer service and they replaced it within a few days.

Worked well for 4 months and then the wifi connection died. Highly disappointed. Waste of $400.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of setting up the Xmarto camera software and hardware. It was indeed plug and play.
I was also very satisfied with the software app downloads to ipad and tablet.
I gave this product a rating of four until I figure out the best channel to use for full wireless non-overlap, because it has a tendency to show no video on one more of the cameras intermittently. Otherwise no problems thus far.

Seriously the worst! 2 cameras died after 4 mos. Still trying to prove to them that the cameras don't work! Praying I can get something worked out before the 1 year warranty is up. They don't tell you that the system has to be connected directly to your modem if you want to get the images on your phone. We had an incident where we could have caught someone on video, but when we went to replay it deleted it. Now I'm trying to get 2 cameras on my phone and the 2 cameras that do work are showing the same 1 camera on my phone. There are so many other cheaper options, if I hadn't already spent $300 between this system and the hard drive, I'd get something else!
