Nice rack, provides good storage space, fairly sturdy. Assembly didn't take to long. The down fall to assembly was some of the bolts were carriage type. (smooth head with integral nuts behind them) They are suppose to grab onto the thin metal parts so that you only have to use one wrench. The metal is to thin for them to work. I threw them away and used some others that I had.

Installation is pretty straight forward and instructions are clear. I did it all by myself except for setting the rack on the hanging supports. I have had it up about a month now and it is holding well.

You will definitely need a second person to help install this, particularly when you get to the end to install the base. Otherwise it's fairly easy to assemble and can be installed in about two hours. I've had it up for a month or so now. It's still holding. Keep in mind that there is a weight limit. So be careful not to overload the rack. Perhaps some reviews where the rack broke free from the ceiling either were cases of overloading the rack and/or not securing the rack into ceiling studs.
