I bought this for my 6 year old for cub scout camping. We used this sleeping bag during a camp out where it got down to about 40 degrees. My son stayed warm and was very excited about how soft the sleeping bag was. No zipper issues, threading is great and its lightweight. My son was able to fold and put the sleeping bag away by himself. (This is a big deal, love that the bag it comes with is big enough to get it back in there)

My boys are thrilled with their sleeping bags, mom is not. They are a great size and weight, but to me they are too noisy. It sounds like they are sleeping in a plastic bag and I hear every time they move around. We'll continue to use these for times when I'm not sleeping in the same room; but I'll be looking for something new for our next camping trip.

This sleeping bag is an OK bag, but the material that the shell is made out of is one of the roughest, least comfortable materials I have ever seen in a sleeping bag, and is very loud when shifting around inside. My daughter doesn't like it, and I don't blame her.
