5 stars based on packaging, shipping and ease of assembly. I'm a small framed female and had this out of the box, assembled and ready to use in 20 minutes. Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but the quality is 5 stars! Will post review regarding comfort and ease of use later.

My son loves his new chair. It is sturdy, very attractive, and everything works as advertised. Was very easy to assemble. It is easier with two people because the sturdy frame makes the pieces a bit heavy, but I could have done it alone. I think it will last for years to come.
