The faucet was super nice, easy to install and worked great for like a month. Now the button to switch between the two different types a spray hardly ever works and it loses water pressure if the button is pushed incorrectly so you have to mess with it for a while in order to get proper water pressure. Would not buy again and definitely would recommend something other than this one. Terrible waste of money

Broken part just weeks after installing

UPDATE: Sontiy sent me a new bushing (actually, three new bushings), which arrived a week or so later. The new bushing is installed and the faucet is fully functioning again. Replacing the bushing wasn't the easiest process. The process wasn't technically difficult, but required rethreading the spray hose back through the body connector with some trial and error. In any event, I was impressed with Sontiy quick response. Upgrading rating to 3-stars. Hopeful the new bushing holds up.
ORIGINAL: About a month after receiving the faucet, the bushing broke (made of plastic). As a result, the spray head no longer fastens securely to the spout (see attached picture). Pretty disappointed. Just sent Sontiy an email requesting a replacement part -- I just missed the 30-day return window but still within the 1-year parts replacement window. Hopefully, it's a smooth process.

We truly like this faucet. It works well and installed without issue and looks fantastic. It matches the style of the rest of the fixtures in the house. The only two reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars. The first is that we have only had it installed for about one week. We do not yet have a review on durability. Second, we ordered separately the escutcheon to cover the extra holes in the sink. There was no notice that the escutcheon would ship from China and take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive until the order was complete. So, we simply ordered an escutcheon from another vendor.

This faucet is very heavy duty, beautiful to look at and comes with everything you need to install it. I love the way the faucet pulls down and reaches everywhere you need to rinse out the dishes in the sink. It is really tall and no matter the size of the pot this faucet can fit into it to fill it up. I would highly recommend this faucet to everyone!
