okay I discovered Blue Cosmo absolutely has fantastic customer service. It's been a long time since I have seen such good customer service (and they respond to emails and phone calls super fast with GOOD English !!! :)
I bought their service because I was going to Kiritimati (Christmas) Island for a fly fishing trip. I wanted to be able to communicate with my family via satellite phone. The day before we left Hawaii, I applied to additional time on the Sat phone so I would have plenty of time to talk when I was there...We called BlueCosmo support and they took care of our requests immediately. Seriously...I was very impressed.
