I have both lower back pain and occasional sciatica. I am 75 and 5ft tall at 110lbs. When I walk, I feel my lower back muscles pull on my back to get me to hunch over or to list to one side. I use a lidocaine patch or cream. I like to walk at least 1 hour a day. I have used this back brace and find it really helps to keep my back muscles relaxed. It has cut any discomfort. It is also easy to use.

Have used it so far for lifting weights and I can definitely feel the support immediately, it even improves my posture. I tend to slouch and it really helps me. I am wearing it right now. I daily walk my dogs around several blocks, and even to the shopping center. Normally, when I get home I collapse for an hour...(I am hmm..75)! But can't let the dogs down! Also I love working in my yard, Front and back yards... I have developed a tropical forest and I love to plant this, or manicure elephant ears, ponytail ferns, etc, etc, and keep fountains clean and running . I can spend hours outside, I just love it!

Product was good, steady enough to support spine area which it needs for, but size is smaller than described on the product detail. It is better to order large size if belly size is 34" to hold firmly.
I was disappointed when I found the regular size is not securely fit my 34" waist but very happy for the service they offered
