Pretty good, probably not best- but for low end- good. Has soft feel plastic- I liked, not bad

Used in mountains during total eclipse, picked up am and fm stations, no weather. (Idaho) solar thing is cool, tuning dial very sensitive. Crank feels solid and has a 9v rechargeable inside. Oh - reception was so-so unless I held onto antenna with my hand. Still don't regret buying it.
Very handy, but we could do better!

Very practical. the crank of the charger, ironically dischargees the Smartphone, however. Despite that i highly recommend it

Seems to work as advertised. Haven't needed it for an emergency (which is good!) so I really can't tell. It's not "go to" device for normal usage.

I got it yesterday! All features are amazing except for 2 minor things. The antenna is a little loose & may fall forward or back when you hold it up, but when I put it back inside, it did not affect the reception. And my next observation (since I'm not really complaining about it) is that the color is not like what is seen in the picture, it is more like a moss dull green. Texture is not cheap plastic but matte which commonly used for water resistant products. My favorite feature is the loud alarm sound useful for when you are stranded and people need to get your location. All in all, a great compact product! And I did not even get it in exchange of my review!

Update. After two months the flashlight stopped working. Took it to a town where the am station is strong but got no reception. Made a comment to Running Snail about what can be done, but got no response. Save your money. Did buy another one because my 10 year old grandson thinks it's cool and is pretty fascinated by it. Hopefully his will last a while.
