this antenna only works on very low band.

This does not pick up anything at all except for extremely low band around 29 to 49 megahertz. You can forget the 400 to 800 megahertz channels

Definitely increases my reception for my homepatrol 2. I would give 5 stars but after one car trip the rubber end came off. Doesn't make a difference in the reception without it though.
