I like the quality of these knives. However, the size is bigger than I thought...I should have measured my current bread knife. I thought it would be as sharp as my last Zelite knife - but it doesn't seem to be. I am still happy with this purchase, but it isn't as enjoyable to use as I thought it would be.

I love this cleaver. It's extremely sharp. With proper holding of the food, a sharp blade is safer to use than a dull one. After slicing or chopping, it can be used as a food mover; transferring from board to pan. The price was excellent for such a great blade. As stated by other reviews, the packaging was extraordinary. I'll be purchasing from this company again.
