Quick death
Amazon Customer•November 25, 2017
This heat pad was great! Good size and actually got hot enough (not quite as hot as the good old school ones but hotter than others I've tried)
Then it just died. And of course it quit working two days after the return window. It's not very expensive but too expensive to get such little use out of it!

Does Not Get Hot

This is a replacement for the exact same item, but even on the highest setting it only gets slightly warm. The controller is much cheaper than the one on the prior heating pad. I am disappointed in this product.
I turn it on about 10 minutes before I get in bed and oh how warm and comfortable! It's so soft and flexible

I've been using these for years, on my third one I think. With fibro, minor nerve damage due to several back issues and therefore circulation I actually use this to get my feet warm enough to fall asleep. I turn it on about 10 minutes before I get in bed and oh how warm and comfortable! It's so soft and flexible, very soothing. I don't foresee ever not using it if I can help it. I've tried a regular plastic heating pad and a heated spa wrap and this is still by far the best.
Don't bother

I plugged this in for the first time and the red LED light flashed ... and nothing else. Despite following the instructions to disconnect, unplug and reconnect, the red light flashes every time and the heating pad does not turn on at all. Returning it one day after receiving it.
