Soothing warmth to your back for those long meetings or car rides

These are truly a wonderful invention. If you suffer from aches and pains when you have to sit too long (meetings, airplane rides, driving), these soothing warm wraps are the ticket. They're large enough for a size 12 - 18 woman, wrapping around the hip area and sticking together with a velcro-like effect. They last 8 hours and are activated simply by opening them up and exposing them to oxygen. I wear them against my skin and haven't had any trouble with burns, although they warn about that on the package. Buy them by the 3 pack if you can, it's cheaper.

Should have bought stock in these years ago! Allow chronic back pain sufferer to go about your day. You'd have to be real skinny to wear size small/medium. If seriously obese, size L/XL would be too small. It barely fits me and I am 5'4" and 180. They heat up PLENTY with air but especially with contact with skin. After 3 hours, I need to move off skin to other side of rather heavy cotton undies. Otherwise, they can get so hot that they cause burn . . . which hurts plus you can't wear again until healed. Put on in morning and definitely lasts till bedtime. I've used for decades! DO NOT put on in afternoon or at bedtime and then lie down, or you may fall asleep and get a bad burn. Also, be careful if you're wearing daily and sweating under wrap. Wash well with soap and let skin air out so you don't get a fungal infection. Heed all this, and I give this product a thumbs up!

Perfect to have with you when traveling. I have a bad back and on vacation it's wonderful to have the heat wraps. Helps me to sleep better and enjoy playing with my kids

The heat wraps definitely provided needed pain relief. However, they did not fit as well as I had hoped or expected. Yet, they did not fit as poorly as the Small-Medium sized heat wraps.
