Great to grill in and cleans up easily by hand or in the dishwasher. The basket will discolor from the heat, which is to be expected. This does not affect the quality of the product or taste of food. Meats and vegetables cook evenly. We use it for 'stir grilled' shish kabobs rather than using skewers. Make sure to spritz the basket with non-stick spray or wipe lightly with oil before using.

It is the perfect size for our family. It made grilling vegetables easy, they stayed in the basket and was easy to mix and grill with ease. The handles on the side make it easy to lift directly from the grill straight to the table for eating. I think everyone should have one of these for grilling. Honestly I'm not a huge fan of veggies, but the way my husband grills and seasons his veggies I could eat them everyday.
