This review is after one year of having this faucet.
At first, the faucet was very nice, especially for the price. Within the first 3-4 months, the case over the sprayer/light cracked and eventually broke off. Now the sprayer doesn't spray, it more so just splashes out.
We ended up continuing to use the faucet, just used the pot filler portion more often.
Now, the entire faucet is leaking. It started at the base leaking and has moved onto the handle and now to connecting parts. When I turn the handle off, it takes a second to actually turn the water off as water sprays from various points of the faucet.
For the price of this faucet, we didn't really expect it to last much longer than a year but hoped it would. If I were to turn back time, I do not think I would purchase this again. I believe I should have spent more money upfront and purchased a faucet that would last much longer.

All functions work as they should, & water pressure is great.

Some reviews state issues with installing the water lines. What I did (& would highly suggest) was installed the lines before installing the threaded pipe that extends through the sink, even though the instructions say to do it that way. It was a little tougher threading the lines through the pipe, but probably not as tough as trying to reach through the pipe with something to tighten the fittings.

Also, some reviews mention some fittings not being tight from the factory, so they had a mess when turning on the water, though I think it should be common sense to check all fittings on any new plumbing fixture before turning on the water.

The only problem I had was that the metal of my sink was thin enough that the fixture wobbled around quite a bit, even when tightened down as much as I dared to tighten it. I solved this by simply making a couple boards to go under the sink, with a hole for the threaded pipe of the fixture to go through, as the pipe is meant to be long enough to reach through fairly thick solid countertops. Now, it's as sturdy as can be.

Looks nice, and the faucet seems to be well made. However, there are a couple of things... I bought the LED model, and paid an extra $20 for that feature... It never has worked. I'd return it, but it's just not worth the effort, and the time without a faucet. That was pretty disappointing though.

The other thing is that the hoses that they send connect way down inside the faucet, and there's no way to get a wrench on them to tighten them up. I don't think you need to, though, as they have o-rings, so spin them tight, and they don't leak.

The spray faucet hangs down very low as well, lower than I expected...

I love the faucet all together because it is simple and functional. Only issue I have is my LEDs stopped working after 10 minutes of use. I have tried to reach the seller to find out if there is anything I can do to restore the function of the LEDs and I have not been able to actually contact them. There is no contact seller capabilities nor phone number or address enclosed in the packaging. I have contacted Amazon in hopes they can provide me with the information. Hope this helps anyone in need...

Product arrive on time as promised.
The faucet looks beautiful and is packaged beautifully as well.
We will not be installing the faucet for several weeks, however based on aesthetics of the faucet, as well as the great customer service received, I would def. recommend it!

Update: My husband installed this in a matter of minutes. Looks fantastic and performs well. Only down side is that the LED light only works every third time. Thus far have had no leaking issues.

Another Update (09/06/17): Faucet was leaking when off. Contacted the company directly and received excellent customer service. The part was sent to us (with expedited shipping), husband replaced the necessary part, and the faucet is back to working beautifully. Receive compliments on my faucets regularly!
