If you tighten the straps that are around the arms enough for the brace to provide support and straighten posture it's very uncomfortable and painful under the arms

Ordered this brace according to the weight chart. If you tighten the straps that are around the arms enough for the brace to provide support and straighten posture it's very uncomfortable and painful under the arms. If you loosen the straps you loose the upper back support. The lumbar section is very limited in how much it can be tightened because of the Velcro pads. The overlapping outside piece of the lumbar section does not secure to anything and flops. I would return this brace but it's been wore 5 times in trying to make it work and I didn't keep the packaging. I'm going to look for something else.

I wanted to love this brace. When the straps are all the way tightened there is a buckle that sits directly under your arm pit. It digs in to your skin and hurts so bad that I couldn't wear it. I even tried wearing it over a sweatshirt to provide some protection. That didn't work. When I loosened the straps and moved the buckle it didn't dig in anymore, it also did nothing to help with my posture. So i'm sending it back. I'm a size xs to small woman. I think this would work great for someone bigger than me.
Great for lower back pain.

This brace really does help keep you upright, when wearing it I notice myself standing taller. When I ordered I initially ordered a large based on the recommendations, upon arrival I tried it on and it was too small in the shoulders. I emailed their customer service and they sent me out an extra-large out with no extra cost. The extra large fits well.
I work in the meat department in my local grocery store, and everything is a foot too short, without it by habit I am constantly slouching to do my work. Since I have started wearing it I noticed I am changing how I am working with the equipment to compensate for the extra support of the brace.
My only beef with the brace is if you bend over a lot to pick up things, the waist part of the brace rides up, so I am constantly pulling it back down.
I do have a lot less pain after completing a 7 hour shift using the brace, than I normally would have without it.

Not Sufficient Upper Back / Shoulder Support

I wish I liked this product. The seller went above and beyond to create a positive experience, but this posture brace is not for me. The primary support seems to be thick elastic bands which cut into my arms. I purchased a different lower back support that is very helpful ... stays, easy velcro adjustment. I need something similar for upper back and rotator injury, posture reminder and support. This did not work out.

So I just got mind yesterday and tried it this morning along with the 3 workouts it gives in the brochure. So far I am extremely pleased and very excited! I've dealt with back pain for many years and I'm only 24 years old and once I put it on I could definitely see a difference in my posture and how my overall back felt (which is relieved!) As simple as the workouts are I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders as I repeated the steps. I have a super tiny waist (seen in photos) so I was afraid the fitting would be off but no they really did do a great job making it super adjustable.
