Instructions are not written well and you will need to figure out how to use it yourself. It isn't 1800dpi so I am returning it for a refund. I suppose if you need high quality then purchase a Nikon scanner for $600.

High resolution film scanner convert 35/135 mm Negative & Slide to Digital JPEG's and save to SD card!!!
Well i will say i do like it because anyone that has 35 mm negative film this is all they will need to transform them back to life. Simply place your film in the slider with an SD card and with a click of a button you will have that picture from the 35 mm film onto the SD card. Then go get it developed where ever you like!! You can also connect through the pc and transfer them on to it. This scanner has a few different options so you can change the picture up also by moving the image from left to right or moving it up and down.
Pretty simple to work but i will say the directions need to be a little more clearer. For the price and to get those cherished memories off that film this will work just fine. The quality is pretty good!!
