I LOVE these lights - so much brighter!

I bought these lights to help illuminate my husband's shop. It is a pole shed so it has high beams where the current lights are on, so even 150-watt bulbs are not giving off enough light. And because my husband works on restoring cars, I wanted the lights to be suspended from above instead of those lights on stands. And - wow! They light up the shed amazingly well!
First of all, I was quite concerned in ordering after reading all of the reviews of damaged lights from shipping. They must have done something to change this because the packaging was very well done, and every one of the 4 lights were perfect - no damage, no issues. We hung all four so that they are connected to each other and the last one being connected to an extension cord to run down the wall to the outlet. The difference is amazing and we couldn't believe how much more it illuminated his shop and the entire pole shed. We are so very happy with them that I'll be ordering another set of 4 to install in another shed we have. Thank you for a great quality light and improving the packaging.

These lights were a very pleasant surprise. I wasn't so sure if they would be bright enough to suit me, but wow! I would say they are surgical operating room bright, and that's no exaggeration. I tried all four before writing this review and all of them worked to perfection. I put one over my laundry sink where I bath the dog and couldn't believe it. I don't think that corner of the basement EVER saw that much light before! Another thing I like about them is the receptacle on the end opposite the corded end, so you can daisy-chain them together without having to use separate wall receptacles. They are much lighter weight than traditional bulb shop lights, in fact that's another plus - no broken bulbs, no defective starters, no glass to break and scatter all over the place. I'm thinking of getting another 4-pack to put in my barn where it's way too dark. I got the daylight ones and they are a really clean, white light. It surprised me when I compared them to my old florescent lights because I could see how yellow the light was from the old florescent one. It's a light that just makes you feel good. I highly recommend!

This is an amazing light. I was searching for a twin bulb fluorescent light for my garage when I first viewed this lamp. It had high praise so I thought I would give it a try. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Not only is it lighter than a traditional fluorescent lamp it is far brighter and does not produce the heat associated with a traditional lamp. It also uses less electricity to operate. This particular brand comes ready to hang with all the necessary hardware , chain, plug in cord, etc. Take it out of the box and hang it in 3 minutes
The light is very close to actual daylight, cheerful, and very useful to read by, etc. I am going to buy more for various parts of my workshop. laundry room, and garage.

I bought these lights for the garage because the replacement bulbs for the lights we had were no longer available. I'm sorry I didn't make this purchase sooner. It is amazing how lightweight these lights are and how much brightness they emit. They are simple to install, attach the chains and just plug them in. It is now possible for the guys to work on the cars with so much light they no longer need the drop lights. My son-in-law needed to add lights to his garage, so I purchased a set of 4 lights for him also. He loves them as much as we do. Another great feature is the pull chain. Sometimes you don't need all of the lights on, so it is easy to turn off the ones you don't need. Very pleased this purchase was made. When it's time to replace a few other lights over the work benches, we will purchase more of these Hykolity Utility LED shop lights. Great quality. Best shop light purchase ever!!!

Bright and cast a large swath of illumination without shadows. I bought 4. Looks like they have improved packaging because they were well protected from damage. The 4' cords that interconnect the units are a bit short if you have a double bay garage as I do. I augmented them with a single extension cord. The hanging chains are easy to install, and I "choked" them up to get them closer to the ceiling. I was in a hurry to get them up and I will likely just screw them into the studs in the ceiling at a later date. The cords that interconnect do hang from the ceiling so they don't look as clean as a full install, but it took me 30 minutes to put them all in using one ceiling outlet, vs. running new wire. The light color was great not too blue but definitely not warm. 4 provide enough lite for my 2 car garage workshop. I formerly had neon tubes and now look forward to the not breaking these when I move a huge piece of wood around.
