Great Looking Thermometer

When I was looking to replace my plain white 12" Thermometer I came across this gem. I was impressed with the looks and the 4 1/2 stars. I wasn't sure this size would be big enough to see from inside but it's more than adequate and it adds a bit of class to the patio and it's accurate.

We just received our item. It has a beautiful antique copper finish. We plan on putting it outdoors, however, we have not had the chance to do so yet. We did compare the temp with our inside digital A/C unit thermometer, and they both had the same temp reading. So far so good.

We needed to replace a similar looking thermometer in our outdoor lanai after the humidity left the old one a rusty mess. This thermometer is simple and easy to read from inside our home, which is exactly how we wanted it to work. There's a little adjustment "knob" on the back if the temperature needs to be tweaked a bit. It's exactly what we wanted and we're pleased with the look, quality, performance and price of the item. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a simple and easy to read thermometer (and who don't need to know if it's 72 or 73 degrees precisely - I certainly can't feel the difference!).

Very accurate, even in the Florida sun. Needs to be shaded though as direct sunlight gives a false reading. I built a little roof housing to cope with that. And you can screw into the back of it, to secure it as well. Very handy!
