I wanted to like this, because it's flavored and it has protein... It's negligibly a bit better than protein powder and water. It also has less calories. However, it tastes chalky and the aftertaste is pretty gross.

These drinks are a life saver... literally. For health reasons, I need to get in a certain amount of protein every day. However, I can only consume small amounts of food and therefore struggle with consuming enough protein every day. These drinks have helped me to reduce muscle wasting by increasing my daily protein without needing to drink tons of super sweet protein shakes. I love the grape flavor. There is a very slight aftertaste, but compared to other protein waters I've tried, it's minimal. I can't find these in any stores around me... so I'm super happy that Amazon came to my rescue! :)

These are great as a hold me over so your not snacking on unnecessary chest snacks and they have no sugar and 15 grams of protein and they surprisingly taste really good they are worth it in my opinion
