As a diabetic, I have been using Nutri Ceylon cinnamon for almost a year to help control my blood sugar. I think it also helped relieve diabetic neuropathy and weight loss. My blood tests result also show lower triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It might be also from the effect of cinnamon. Also, the service is great and I have been getting the packages fast for the past several months, but it slowed a little since the pandemic, which was expected.

This is the third bottle I ordered. The first bottle and third did not smell like cinnamon at all, but the second bottle did. I was diagnosed with diabetes in October 2019 and my A1C level was at a 9.1%. I have been taking it every day since October 30, 2019. I had another lab done on January 24, 2020. My doctor told me if I didn't reduce my A1c by the next time I saw him (in 3 mos) he was going to put me on medication. I added the NutriONN cinnamon product to my diet to assist me with controlling my blood sugar. I realize one can find articles on the Internet stating cinnamon has not been proven to help with glucose control, while other articles state is does help. For me, adding the NutriONN cinnamon product to my diet, and not changing anything else, my A1c dropped from 6.7 to 6.0. Maybe it was the NutriONN cinnamon and maybe it wasn't, but I will continue to use this product to assist me with blood sugar control and hopefully reducing my A1c even further.

Have been using this to help keep blood sugar lower for quite a while. Seems to make a small difference in my glucose readings, coming to that conclusion because my readings are a bit higher while waiting for it if I don't reorder soon enough and run out. Take it with food to avoid stomach being upset and cinnamon burps.
