For a system combined of 600 watt output, the sound quality is very poor. No matter which way you hooked it up the sound was distorted.

Got this for our son as a Christmas gift. I know just the basic of what to buy as a mom. Told my husband what I got and he said well you did good but be ready for BOOM BOOM when he gets it and he was no kidding. He loves it. So y'all great gift and great BOOM. All for the price of this product. We will order from them again. Oh the lights on them are pretty cool as well.

Not really sure how it sounds, because I stupidly paid extra for the extended RCA cables, but they shorted me an RCA cable I needed to hookup the TV to the unit. It needs a total of three cables to hook up all the speakers to Surround Sound, but Acoustic Audio only sent 2. Sooooo... No listening to my new home theater system until I have a chance to go buy the missing RCA cable. One star. Maybe if it doesn't sound like crap when I eventually get it hooked up properly, I'll give another star or two. Thanks for nothing, Acoustic Audio.
