I was so excited to get my first machine until i got it... I open the first box an put my table together no problem.
However i then open the second box that included my motor. The motor was CRACKED i am so upset i have to return it for a new one i am currently waiting for a response to my exchange request. I Have not yet received my machine itself but hopefully its in good condition when it gets to me. I will be posting a picture of the motor in 6 hrs from now if i have not heard anything back by then.

Everything about this sewing got me thinking if it was a fake one, because it is made from China, not original from Japan. Table is not made from good material, the cuts are not clean and not fit the head properly. There were a few things missing, including assemble instruction and the seller is not responding to email requested for missing part. I suggest buys do some researches and avoid this type of seller and product.
