I'm cutting a lot of 1" 55301 webbing. This machine has really sped up my production.
Cutting length is very accurate. I'm using 100 yard rolls of webbing. Keep a little tension on the roll in the spool using the thumb set screw.
Crank the heat up high and let the machine warm up for at least 5-10 minutes.
Conveyor speed set to 20 and cutting speed set to 1.
Set cutting speed to 2 if you want a heavier melt/seal.
My version has a full english control panel.

I have purchased 4 of these so far. We use them all of the time and to date, we have not had any issues with them. It does take a little bit to figure out the first time you use it, Everything is in mm, so you have to do conversions which is easy to do with a smartphone. For the price, it was worth the hour it took to figure out how to use it.
