This machine and table to not come with any assembly instructions. I had to view several sites and videos to get started putting it together and even then I had to redo some things as the instructions were not clear. Once I got the machine assembled and started sewing, I broke the needle practicing on a heavier fabric and since the machine only comes with one needle, I had to order more needles and wait on them to arrive. The machine sews very fast so you have to be ready for it. I still have not been able to figure out how to adjust tensions and stitch length. An instruction book would be well worth a few dollars more to include.
