It's for manly men but you can wear it too.

I thought I was too manly to need these glasses. But those LED's was really screwing with my vision, now when I'm in the grow shed for hours and I come out after taking the glasses off, there are no ill effects like b4, dizzy, seeing double, things out of focus.

I have seen reviews for better brands of these same types of glasses, and wanted to see if they were even worth spending money on. I really enjoy these glasses, it cuts the purple glare when dealing with my LED's almost 100%, and that allows me to actually examine things without having to remove everything. Cheaply made but they do their job as far as I can tell.
If you use grow lights, you need these shades.

On the outside, they look like normal sunglasses. Looking through them makes everything look very green. Like a black and white world, only green instead of black. It does a good job of blocking the grow lights. Even indirect red/blue grow light causes me a headache like I'm receiving eye damage. These sunglasses fix that problem. And no, I do not partake. I like to grow vegetables indoors because I can cut off some lettuce leaves and have it very fresh. Don't be cheap. Save your retinas. Buy these shades.

These glasses are the thing... Allows you to see your plants without the colors of the LED's. Impressed. Getting the Wavelength glasses with my latest purchase. They are included with any Top Shelf Lighting LED Light... They run 3 times as much, see how good they are.

these make a significant difference in viewability of your grow area when using LEDs. They're not an exact perfect fit like some other glasses I've used (sit a little too close to my brow, so sweat/moisture accumulates), so I have to wear them a little abnormally. In the end, they work as needed and I'm happy.
