Color Not True To Advertisement / Quality not what I'd hoped

I ordered 2 sets, but only opened one box. The dishes were not true color as shown. So disappointed it did not match my kitchen. Also, some had flaws in paint that could not be overlooked as rustic appearance. It is my opinion the flaws were poor quality in attention to detail. Feel cheated I had to pay for shipping to have them sent back.
Trim is brown not gold but looks gold on picture.

This set is beautiful. It has brownish colored trim on the edges. I like it because I get the square shape plus the the circle shape all in one. They came to me unbroken. The design is raised on all the pieces. All the pieces are large but not too heavy. I purchased two sets for service of 8 people. Hopefully they will last for some years. I can tell that stoneware is better than ceramic which is what usually buy.

This is my favorite pottery. The color and texture is perfect! I have received multiple compliments on my set. We use it often.
Product doesn't look like the photo

I loved how these looked in the photos but the actual product is not nearly as nice looking. The glaze work on the dishes is very sloppy. The dark ring of glaze around each piece isn't uniform and the varying thickness on the edge looks rather messy. The blue glaze showed in the photo is also lighter than the actual color. These could work for some people but don't rely on the picture for an accurate representation of the dishware
