Gave this as a gift to Mrs. She likes it really well so far. I love when I gift I choose is a success. It doesn't happen that often. So far oven bacon has been a hit but it does much more than just bacon. I'll return and update if she gives me any change of feelings toward the product. Until then, let's eat !

Good concept, and does its job. I cut my finger on a jagged edge of the tray, and the rack is a bit bowed. Overall still a good value, just protect your fingers.
Needed a Shallow Broiling Pan

The top shelf on my new broiler/oven is too close to the flame for an ordinary broiling pan. A search using "shallow" does no filtering, so by tedious searching this is the only thing I found. As you can see, it's not really a broiler. Also, the pan is aluminum which grabs the iron on the rack; i.e., it doesn't slide easily or smoothly. Otherwise, it functions adequately as a broiling pan.

These were a little smaller than I was hoping for, but they work great. I just used to pan and cooling rack to back turkey meatballs - the rack elevated the meatballs so all the grease and muck from the turkey dripped out. I got beautiful, perfectly cooked meatballs. Can't wait to use for cookies and roasted veggies.
