I bought this pruning shears from the lighting deal with pretty fair price to replace my old one. I used it to prune my wistaria and roses, and I am very satisfied with the quality and design of this product. First, it fits my hand very well. You can easily hold it to cut any medium branch (0.5 inch in diameter) with the default setting. If you need to cut some thicker branch, you can adjust the stop to make the shears fit the branch. Second, the blade is very sharp and the spring is very powerful, which can save your hand strength and endurance when doing a lot of work. Third, the price is fair, comparing with my previous one purchased from Lowes. It is very sturdy, and I believe this one can last longer if I can do maintenance well.

Good product. We spend a lot of time on yard work. We bought at lest 4 pruning shears from local home improvement stores. They usually only last less than a year. Then we had to buy another one. The blade of this shears is made of high quality premium titanium steel. That should last longer. I tried it a few times after receiving it. It works great with pruning both small flower branches and larger tree branches. The blade is so sharp that even cut my finger :-) The soft handle material feels very comfortable. It should fit small and big hands perfectly.

The only recommendation I would make is to add a plastic cover for blade when put it in storage. I never see any pruning shears have this but it might be a good idea to add one.

This one is one of the good ones out there. We garden a lot and are rarely happy with the operation of most hand held sheers---they either fall apart, pinch fingers when closing or catch handles in the lock position when cutting. None of those problems are evident with these. We are very happy with this purchase.

I have one before, this one is for my friend. It is very sharp for garden work. Very nice cut reduce the damage of the plant, good for the small plant and small tree brend. Only one thing is not pleased to him is that the handle is too soft and may easy broken. But this may be a good point to other people.
