Guys, honest review here from someone suffering from bad sleep for years from a 15+-year-old mattress.
I've had this now for a couple of months, something like 4-6.

Pros:
-It works. It really works. This is coming from somebody who was super skeptical of all these new gel/foam/Tempurpedic type mattresses.
-The first time I slept on it, I immediately felt the difference in sleep quality and it was a big difference. A great one, too!
-It's soft and plush yet firm and came with a free pillow (which I don't even like, but I like to keep around)
-The price is super sweet! I was about to bite into an 850+ dollar mattress and this did the trick for me for 1/3 of the price!
-High-quality materials and very low chemical odors if any after 4ish hours.
-The pillow pt.1 (but read Con on pillow below, too) It's fantastic to use for sitting up to watch a movie or play a game on the TV. Feels super nice on the neck and is overall very comfy.

Cons:
-This is personal preference, but I've never slept on one of these types of mattresses before. Most I've done is lay on one at a mattress store. That said, it took a while to really get used to it, and even now, I'm still not completely used to it. It's like a medium-firm, and sometimes it's a little difficult to roll around on it. It feels like you're sunken in and requires a lot of effort to spin and change positions.
-The pillow pt.2: There's something about the pillow that I strongly dislike... this too, is probably a personal preference thing but I can't stand using the pillow because it's like sound deadening material and it kills all sound when you put your ear to it. It's like one ear is now on mute and the other isn't. Drives me crazy.

Overall experience for a first timer: Excellent. I am so glad I did not have to break the bank getting a new mattress and so happy that sleep is not an issue anymore. I do not wake up sore and with a hurting back anymore.

I highly recommend this bed! Or for those who have the money and don't mind spending it, just get a new bed man. Any new bed. This or any other new foam/gel/tempurpedic type thing. I was super skeptical and I did months of researching (maybe even years) and this actually worked out for me.

i ordered this and received it about a week ago...never having order this type of product before as to packaging, i was leery...but it
was great....and expanded quickly into the right dimensions....also the pillow (bonus) is wonderful !!!....i didn't notice very much
smell and have enjoyed it every night since i installed it !!!...i would recommend this product with more than FIVE stars !!!
and the service was great for this wonderful product...**i now have had this mattress for over six months....i am so very
happy with it...it has changed my life with it's wonderful qualities....no more backaches and it hasn't worn down
at all....this product is a great buy !!!!

Arrived well packaged. The pillow is hard. My teen was not liking how it sunk, but has gotten used to it. I was going to return it, but the repackaging was too much and my child decided to try it longer to see if they adjusted. Seems to be fine now

I've been meaning to post my review for this mattress for a few weeks now, but have been avoiding building up all of my frustration about this again while talking about it in my review. I purchased a different mattress (Classic Brands Gramercy 14 Inch Hybrid Cool Gel Memory Foam and Innerspring Mattress) off of amazon a few months ago, and was (still am) so pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and amazing it is. After making that purchase, I thought I could now easily trust other mattresses on amazon with good reviews. I needed a 10 inch mattress this time, and was on a budget, but the Classic Brands mattresses don't come in that thickness. This Resort Queen mattress seemed like the next best thing (actually, the reviews on this mattress are even better than the Classic Brands one). I trusted the reviews, like I did when I ordered my awesome Classic Brands mattress, and was eager to see what this mattress was like.

As with most foam mattresses purchased online, this mattress took a few days to reach it's full size. Once it did, I immediately noticed that it was too long for my bed frame (by Zinus). I measured the frame again, to make sure that my frame wasn't ordered in the wrong size. My frame measured all the right dimensions for a Queen bed--it was the MATTRESS that was the wrong size. The shape of the mattress is awkward, and never reached its intended dimensions. It is longer towards the base, and shorter towards the top, where you lie down. The mattress is about 2 and a half inches longer than a queen mattress should measure. Additionally, this mattress does not hold still on my base, and slides around when I sit on the bed.

This mattress is not something that I can return, (as it was sealed and rolled up air-tight), so I am now down a couple hundred dollars, and all in all, extremely disappointed with this defective purchase.

This is a fantastic mattress for the price. It works well on our adjustable bed frame and it is quite comfortable. My main complaints are that the mattress absorbs heat and has too good of a "memory", for lack of a better description. If I have been laying in one position for awhile and move, it takes awhile for the memory foam to "forget" the old position and firm back up to support the new position. I often wake up sweaty in the middle of the night. That being said, I'm still happy with my purchase and it is a good mattress. I can't complain when I've had sounder sleep on this mattress than I ever did on our expensive "high-end" name brand mattress (hint, the old bed brand rhymes with sheep lumber and is literally a glorified air mattress).
