Just installed for my front exterior door. Very easy install. Just like any other door knob. Only difference is you have to drill 2 extra holes. One for the top screw, and one for the cable to go through. Took me about an hour to complete. That's with having to run back and forth to the garage because I forgot something.
The product itself seems pretty sturdy. Setup was very easy as I am pretty tech savvy. Even if you're not, follow instructions and it shouldn't be very hard. I put in 3 different codes, plus I have to the little touch cards.
For now I would recommend this to others. Will update review after 6 months of use.

I installed my lock and loved it until it stopped working 3 months later. I took the latch apart and found a small plastic piece broke. Latch only works with key in. Cheap junk

We bought 3 of these locks at different times for our church and will be buying another one shortly. The product works surprisingly very well! I was skeptical at first but after installing and having used them for about a year we have not had any problems. We have purchased the remote lock version and the regular lock version. I recommend you purchase the remote lock version if you need the door shut and you don't want people just walking in, you can use the remote lock feature to "buzz" people in if need be; it works absolutely great! All unlock devices work well: Passcode, key FOB, remote locking device, MIFARE card and yes the old fashion key.

This is a very well made lock and so far has worked flawlessly. It does require a couple of extra holes in the door. One high for an attachment screw, and one rather large hole in the center (approx. 7/8" x 2") for the cable to the backside battery pack. The template makes it easy enough to locate these hole positions. I used a 7/8" wood boring bit to drill two adjacent holes for the large center slot. The markings on the template allow you to locate the exact center for drilling. The only other thing is opening the battery cover for the first time. It's not obvious but out of the box the battery cover is secured with a screw. Not obvious because it is small, black, hex head and deep in the small black hole. Didn't look like anything in there. Programming wasn't difficult once you get past resetting the default admin pass code. As others have said the documentation isn't very good but with a little effort you can get past it. Overall I highly recommend this lock.
