This film is great! Easy to apply and you get a knife to trim up the overhang! I was a little hesitant when I first started because it did not have cut lines for measuring like one I used in the past but it wasn't that big of a deal. I used the diamond white to cover the lower half of my kitchen windows. Now I can leave my cute curtains alone and not spend forever getting the pleats right everytime the curtains were reopened!
Really like this bamboo print window film.

I'm very happy with this bamboo patterned window film. It gives me the visual privacy I was looking for. I can see how separating the adhesive paper from the product can be difficult, but I decided to temporarily and, who knows, maybe permanently, leave the backing on and just fix it to the windows with good quality tape. The tape is pretty much invisible and when I move out of my apartment I can easily remove the pieces from the windows, roll up, and reuse somewhere else down the road. I will buy this product again and recommend it!

This was so easy to do. I cleaned the windows . Then I cut pieces that measured about a half an inch bigger each dimension . I completely soaked the window with a water mixture with a small bit of soap.It has a clear layer to peel off the back. Then you slap it on and slide it in to place. I slid it all over the window, peeled it back up and sprayed more water/soap, trimmed and was able to slide it in between the glass and the trim and that avoided window lock trimming. Slid right behind the locks.
Can't see through( just blurry) even if you get eye right to it.
I was worried about lining up horizontal lines but once I put one window up, I saw it did not matter.

I use this as a window treatment on my VW bus, instead of curtains. I cut the film to size ahead of time and install on the windows once I've reached my destination. Is easy to remove and reuse. I wrap the cut pieces on the plastic tubes that they came on when they are not in use. It would be nice if it came with a squeegee for removing air bubbles, but a library or credit card works well for that.

Truly, this is better than I expected. I applied it at night after I got home from work and could hardly wait til morning so I could see how it looked in daylight.
Fabulous. I found myself going into my living room just to admire the windows and my new-found PRIVACY. My front windows are long horizontal panes and I used this on the lower two, so I have privacy on the bottom, but I can still see the trees, sky etc at the top.
This is not room darkening. It provides privacy and still lets in plenty of light, which is exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for privacy film and figured I'd end up with rice paper or some type of crystal/mosaic design, but then I saw THIS and stopped in my tracks. I've looked at a lot of privacy films and never knew there was something like this bamboo in existence. It blends in so well with my decor, which consists of mostly oak tones.
